Please turn off your mobile phone when you enter our spa facilities since our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.

All therapists are vaccinated and with masks all the time, sanitizing machines are used in rooms and showers after each client. All safety measures are taken. 

Unfortunately if you arrive late to your appointment, the lost time will be deducted from your treatments not to delay our next guest. 

All our massage therapists are certified and our services are strictly professional.

What’s a better gift for your loved ones but a relaxing massage? Remind them to use it before it expires, the expiry date is 3 months. They should present it when they come for their session, so avoid losing it.

 If cancellation is needed, kindly cancel your booking 24 hours in advance minimum so we can accommodate other guests.

The records of the clients are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone.

At the start of your visit, you will be asked to fill a brief profile. Let us know ahead of time if you have any special conditions, allergies, any prescribed medication or pregnancy since some treatments might not be recommended.

It’s advisable to remove all your jewelry before your treatment and all items of value should be put in the closet we provide you; the spa is not responsible for any damages or losses. 

Kindly book your treatments in advance to accommodate you the best way possible through contacting us by phone or by email. 

Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
